RESEARCH FIELD
2012-迄今 Utilizing advanced interdisciplinary technologies—including molecular and cellular biology, biotechnology, optical imaging, programming, and clinical research—to study the development of the central nervous system and the dynamic processes of neural stem cell replication and differentiation. Further investigations extend to the development and degeneration of neuronal synapses, as well as the dynamic changes in neurons associated with stroke-induced brain injury, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease. The goal is to develop advanced therapeutic strategies based on neuroprotection and regeneration through an integrated system of support. 2010-2012 Utilizing optical imaging technology in the development of new drugs for neurodegenerative diseases.（Genentech Inc. R&D） 2002-2010: Pathogenic mechanisms of lissencephaly、molecular mechanisms of dynein and its regulator such as LIS1, NudE, NudEL, and NudC in neurogenesis, migration, and the metastasis of glioma 1998-2000 雷射光鉗 (optical tweezers) 在生物作用力量測之應用、「細胞側視系統 (SideView Technology)」之發展（榮獲中華民國專利）、極化之肝細胞中蛋白質標的 (targeting) 及運輸 (trafficking) 機制 1997-1998: 運用摻鈦藍寶石 (Ti:sapphire) 雷射架設可調制雷射光鉗
